If we don’t, what is missing?
What obligations do we have to refrain from doing to citizens of other countries?
If killing someone in a distant country is wrong, is it right to let them die at someone else’s hand?
Do we have obligations arising out of what we have done in the past? Does justice require world hunger to be remedied (rather than altruism)?
